Section 4.2: Visual Reproduction Prohibition
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or display of VegasHero visual intellectual property, including but not limited to logos, graphical elements, and proprietary interface designs, is strictly prohibited. Any deviation from approved brand guidelines constitutes a direct infringement and will be met with immediate enforcement action.

Section 5.1: Trademark Infringement Protocols
The use of VegasHero trademarks, service marks, or any confusingly similar marks without explicit written consent is a violation of international trademark law. This includes usage in domain names, advertising, meta tags, or any other digital or physical medium intended to deceive or misrepresent affiliation with VegasHero.com.

Section 6.3: Proprietary Algorithm Protection
VegasHero employs proprietary algorithms and software architecture that are protected under trade secret and copyright laws. Reverse engineering, decompilation, or any attempt to derive the source code or underlying structure of these protected assets is expressly forbidden and will result in severe legal penalties.
